If your church already has a prayer ministry team, consider offering training and development to strengthen its effectiveness. However, if a team has not yet been formed, begin by identifying individuals with a passion for prayer who may be willing to start this ministry.

  • Covering 50% of training expenses for members.
  • Utilizing church investment funds to support training initiatives.
  • Allocating training subsidies as a regular budget item to sustain and grow the ministry.

Building Phase: Establishing a Strong Prayer Ministry in Your Church
